I agree, having NPCs have something like the nemesis system powering them would be game changing and could be tired into better reputation system too.

better NPC crew members

I would like to see better NPC crew members in Star Citizen. The crew should help fly the ship, repair damage, and use turrets during combat. It would also be nice if they could learn from missions and become better over time. This would make playing alone more fun and make large ships more useful.
