• Account data: gamertag, screen name, synthetic email address, password hash, profile bio, home system selection, and optional avatar image.
• Content you submit: idea drafts and published ideas, comments, votes, endorsements, alternatives, tickets, and ticket replies.
• Engagement data: thumbs up/down activity, applause, favorites, and moderation flags related to your account.
• Technical data: authentication session tokens, browser information, and basic request logs needed to keep the site secure and available.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To display your ideas, comments, and profile to the community.
• To attribute submitted ideas to you and preserve a public record of authorship.
• To send notifications about votes, comments, ticket replies, and status changes.
• To enforce our content moderation rules and protect the community from abuse.

4. Public vs. Private Information

Your screen name, profile bio, home system, avatar, and any ideas or comments you publish are visible to other visitors. Authentication details such as your password hash and email address are never displayed publicly.

We use session cookies and localStorage entries to keep you signed in. These tokens are required for account functionality and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Analytics and Third Parties

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The site is hosted on the Lovable platform and uses Lovable Cloud for data storage and authentication.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile information is removed. Published ideas and comments may be retained in anonymized or attribution-preserved form to keep community discussions coherent.

We rely on the Lovable platform's built-in authentication and database security features. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

CommunityPatch.space is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
